The Sunflower Clinic is an independent multi-disciplinary therapy service for children.  We are now seeking to employ a receptionist/office admin for our clinic in Cork.  Applicants must have at least 2 year’s prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing role and be comfortable dealing with clients on the phone and in person.  Basic IT Skills are required i.e. MS Word and Excel, and ideally you will have previously used a client management IT system and be conversant with bookkeeping.  Applicants must be fluent in both spoken and written English, be comfortable with basic accounting and office administration.

The role is for 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, but may also suit part-time.  Full training will be provided.

Salary will be commensurate with experience in the range of €26k – €28k per annum pro rata with a full-time role and will include a number of benefits.
